Jeep and Marvel team up to celebrate America’s 250th with two absolute icons of American Patriotism –Captain America and Jeep — with the release of a special edition Wrangler. We’ve got all the details of this historic campaign.
Two Great Americans United

Jeep and Marvel recently announced a new partnership as part of Jeep’s continuing 85th anniversary celebration and America’s 250th birthday. The pairing of two iconic American heroes–the Jeep Wrangler and Captain America–coincides with the coming July 4 celebration and will continue through to the release of Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday, due on December 18, 2026.
Patriots Team Up

Jeep kicked off the campaign with the reveal of the trail-rated 2026 Jeep Wrangler America250 edition, which features an exclusive Captain America-shield tire cover and patriotic livery. We haven’t seen a better team-up since Steve Rogers joined Bucky Barnes to lead the Howling Commandos.
An American Origin Story

Launch of the new Wrangler was heralded with a 50-second, partially animated “Origin Story” video, featuring Captain America alongside the original CJ. The collaboration also produced an exclusive, limited-edition comic book cover that will be included with purchase of the America250 special edition.
Original Superheroes

The launch was followed on June 1 by Jeep’s “The Original Superheroes” campaign, which highlights the heroism of real U.S. military veterans. The one minute video features the new Wrangler being airdropped from a military cargo plane along with U.S. veteran, Captain Gary Neuger in a scene meant as a callback to the original Willys MB airdrops of World War II. Numerous other retired American captains are also featured in the video. Olivier François of Stellantis stated that, “Since 1941, the Jeep brand – like Captain America – has been shaped by service to something bigger than itself. The Original Superheroes’ honors our shared 85-year legacy in the most genuine way possible, celebrating Captain America’s symbolism while recognizing the real people who inspire it.”
An Iconic Touch

François noted that, “As the nation celebrates its 250th anniversary—and Jeep marks 25 consecutive years as America’s most patriotic brand—we wanted to do something more meaningful and distinctly Jeep than simply adding an American flag. We teamed up with Marvel to bring the Captain America shield—one of the most iconic symbols in pop culture—directly onto the vehicle as a tire cover of the Jeep Wrangler A250 edition.” The partnership will culminate with original Jeep marketing for the forthcoming Avengers film in December. We won’t be sad if we get to see a reunion of Steve Rogers and Black Widow, even if it’s only in a Jeep ad.
